For ensuring effective organization and quality of restoration and restoration work for each restoration object, organizational and technological documentation is developed in accordance with DBN following the established procedure for its development, coordination and approval.

The main components of organic-technological documentation should be:

– project of work organization;

– project of work production;

– a set of technological schemes developed for this particular object for the execution of technological processes;

– measures to ensure the quality of work;

– measures to ensure the protection of labor and the environment;

– schedules of work.

The development of organizational and technical documentation for performing restoration work is of particular importance in the restoration, which is associated with a significant number of factors that impede the restoration of monuments compared with new construction, reconstruction or major repairs. The main purpose of the preparation of organizational and technical documentation for the restoration of monuments are:

– determination of the optimal means of performing restoration work;

– compliance with the project requirements for preserving the original primary elements of monuments;

– shortening the time for performing restoration work;

– compliance with the requirements of labor protection, fire and explosive safety and environmental protection.

The organizational and technical documentation is based on the project for the organization of restoration work and the project for the production of restoration work, which are developed in accordance with the current regulatory and technical documentation and methodical recommendations. The basic document for the development of the project of work is the “Instructions for the development of projects for the organization of construction and projects of work.” The project for the production of works is being developed with the aim of resolving issues of organizing the restoration process, namely:

– determination of the most effective ways of performing restoration work, which contribute to the reduction of their cost and labor intensity;

– reduction of the duration of the restoration of monuments;

– effective use of construction machines and small-scale mechanization;

improving the quality of restoration work, tosho.

The project for the production of restoration work should consist of a calendar plan, a construction plan, process flow diagrams for the main types of work, a drawing plan, a brief explanatory note. In the process of conducting work, the outage can be supplemented with a technological note and a project to install forests.

Stroygenplan – this is the layout of the building, restored, other existing buildings and structures, green spaces, as well as construction facilities, located at the time of repair and restoration works.

The Stroygenplan must indicate:

– the location of lifts and other construction machines;

– the boundaries of hazardous zones and zones of the prohibition of the operation of these mechanisms;

– internal construction frontiers, places for material unloading, placement of open and closed warehouses, as well as means of stacking and storing materials and parts;

– schemes of temporary water supply and power supply of the facility;

– arrangement of lighting devices;

– location of equipment, devices and equipment (forests, reservoirs, cradles);

– the location of household premises and office of the researcher;

– places for smoking;

– places of installation of shields with fire-prevention equipment;

– Safe ways of passage of workers on the construction site, entrance to the building, restored;

Schedule plan is the basis for production management. Contains quite complete information about the progress of the restoration work. The calendar plan for restoration work is being developed in graphic form. Development of the schedule includes:

– drawing up a list of works with indication of their volumes and estimates;

– definition of labor input;

– selection of performers;

– determination of the dates of commencement and completion of work.
