Reproduction of the underground and above-ground parts of the Assumption Cathedral was carried out by three tower cranes – KB-408-04-02 with a boom of 30 m (No. 1), KB-403A with a boom of 30 m (No. 2) and KB-405.2 with a boom of 25 m ( Number 3). The installation scheme of tower cranes was also developed on Stroygenplan on a separate sheet.
For the period of installation of the elements of baths – drums, domes and crosses – a tower crane КБ-503А.2 with a jib 45 m, or crane КБ-674 was installed at the place of crane No. 1. The final choice of the choice of the crane and its layout should be developed in the project of production of works after the parameters and weight of the domes of the cathedral are specified.
The restoration project of the Assumption Cathedral provided for emergency response measures to strengthen the walls of the existing part of the cathedral. The reinforcement was provided for inclined buroin-injection piles, and the number, location and design of the buroin-injection piles were developed by the specialists of the Ukrproektrestavratsiya Institute.
In order to ensure the possibility of drilling, the arrangement of individual mobile scaffoldings from metal structures of the so-called three-tier “stack” was envisaged, the design of which should be developed by the specialists of the Ukrproektrestavratsiya Institute at the design stage of the work.
Monolithic reinforced concrete frame-arch to strengthen the ancient walls and load distribution from the new brickwork, which is above the level of the frame-arches, had to be carried out in wooden formwork in parallel with the laying of the walls. Constructive solutions of scaffolding for masonry and for internal and external finishing works were developed by the institute “Ukrproektrestavratsiya” on the basis of series E-507 “Tubular light-weight scaffolding for brick masonry and finishing works”. Brick and monolithic reinforced concrete arches were carried out on a solid wooden formwork, the circle farm of which should be supported by reinforced individual forests.
The installation of the baths was supposed to be carried out according to individual elements: the lower bathhouse, the drum, the top of the head, which were manufactured at the site near building No. 20. And deliver them to the working area of tower cranes by road. The establishment of crosses is little carried out from the tube for finishing work on a special suspension.
Despite the fact that engineering networks must be laid across the territory of the current historical and cultural reserve, work should be carried out sequentially, with captures with the completion of the cycle of work within the framework of the occupation. First, sewage networks were laid, then – water supply system, in the future – the heating system, and finally – gas pipeline networks. The distribution of grids to tackles (water supply, heating network) was also shown on sheets OB-6 and OB-7 of the construction gen plan. The laying of the water supply is not enough to be carried out by caps with a length of 80-100 meters. In spite of the fact that the project water supply system mainly passed through the existing network, the boundaries of the seizures were arranged at the site of the wells. Such a scheme, with the main road loop being closed, made it possible for consumers to continuously supply water. On three sections of the aqueduct, which were not included in the ring system, the conclusion of a temporary pipeline on the trench curtain was supposed.
