Peculiarities of delivery of fragile products

Transporting stucco and artwork is a complex task, as such items require a special approach to packaging and carriage. Gold Art Line uses proven methods to ensure maximum safety of your order.

1. Packaging is the main element of cargo storage

The main condition for the safe transport of fragile items is quality packaging. We use a multi-stage approach to packaging to ensure that your products are fully protected from damage:

Multi-layer packaging: each product is wrapped in several layers of materials that protect against mechanical damage and vibration. Foam, corrugated cardboard or bubble wrap are used.

Rigid boxes and wooden crates: for the transport of large or heavy items we use wooden crates, which provide maximum rigidity of the packaging structure.

Fillers: Styrofoam balls are used to secure the products inside the packaging, preventing them from moving around.

Labelling: each package is labelled with “Fragile Goods” and other warning signs to ensure careful handling by transport services.

2 Transportation in Ukraine

Courier delivery:

We cooperate with leading logistics companies, such as “New Post”, experienced in transporting fragile goods. Thanks to reliable packaging and careful handling the cargo is delivered quickly and safely.

Self-delivery:

The order can be picked up in person from our warehouse. This option is suitable for customers who want to see for themselves the quality of the products and packaging before transport.

Delivery of bulky orders:

If your order contains large or heavy elements (e.g. columns, bas-reliefs or large sculptures), we will arrange transport by specialised transport that meets all safety requirements.

3. International shipping

Gold Art Line has extensive experience in international shipping. We provide delivery of our products to any country in the world, regardless of distance.

Export delivery:

For transport outside Ukraine we use sea, air or land transport. The choice of delivery method depends on the urgency, dimensions of the order and customer requirements.

Packaging for international transport:

All products undergo additional quality control of packaging. We use special water- and impact-resistant materials that can withstand long transport.

Customs clearance:

Gold Art Line takes care of all issues related to the preparation of documents required for customs clearance. We provide quality certificates, customs declarations and customs duty calculations.
