CONTRACT AND ADVANCE PAYMENT

After agreeing on the terms of co-operation and discussing the project, a contract is concluded and an advance payment is made.

WORKSHOP PRODUCTION

The work is carried out according to the agreed project.

PAYMENT OF ORDER

Final payment is made before the order is shipped to production.

DELIVERY AND CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

Delivery is carried out with the help of international certified logistics companies in accordance with Incoterms regulations. Export customs clearance in Ukraine is carried out by our customs brokers. Import clearance in the customer’s country is carried out by our specialists or the customer’s specialists.

SHEPH-MONTHAGE

We provide offline (optional) and online consultations on installation of products. We provide technical documentation and instructions for the installation of products

  • Payment by any Visa and Mastercard card to card account or to IBAN.
  • Payment according to FLP invoice
  • Payment according to the invoice of LLC under VAT
  • Alternative payment methods depending on the country of the customer
